    The staff was really friendly, helped out when I had problems with my luggage, they couldn't do enough for ya. And the hotel coffee in the lounge? So good. Really gave me a jolt.

    It wasn't cheap, but I guess the service kinda made it worth it.

    Unique place for a visit to Istanbul, it has wonderful location in Takseem area and excellent services. Quiet vibe, the staff is professional. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

    the place was modern and restaurant was good. the staff was well-trained and competent and solved our problems immediately. a nice size rooms with perfect breakfast and excellent service - just as we expected.

    close to beautiful parks and iconic landmarks

    I loved being just over a mile from the fine Blue Mosque and the historic Basilica Cistern. The breakfast was good, and the lobby was quite relaxing, made for a nice way to unwind after exploring the city by foot. The staff was courteous and attentive, always making sure I had what I needed.

    Average stay with room for improvement

    We were here for 2 nights, and honestly, it was pretty basic for a 5-star spot. The room was alright, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness wasn't great either, the staff barged in on us twice! The reception team was friendly though. So, some nice touches but plenty to work on.
